My name is Darrin Couch and I’ve been involved in the building and remodeling industry since 1986.  Over the years I’ve learned a great deal about how to get a job done right and how to identify when a job has been done badly.  Moreover, I’ve become an expert at identifying problems in older homes.  I started DC Home Inspections LLC with the single purpose of providing my fellow central Indianans with quality, timely and affordable service with a personal touch.  I personally own and operate my business – this means that I stand behind all my inspections and take the time to answer all your questions.  When you call DC Home Inspections LLC you talk directly to me, not a secretary.  I am available on weekends at no extra charge.  I am friendly and eager to help make your experience the very best it can be.  I encourage you to take part in the inspection process but don’t worry if you can’t be there because on the day of my inspection you will receive a computer generated report with digital photos.  I look forward to working with you!
