Prices listed are for a single family residence in Marion or surrounding counties.  Additional fees may apply for other types of properties or properties in other counties.  Please contact me for a quote.  Payment is expected at time of inspection.                                                                     
Pricing is an important element of most consumer decisions.  When comparing pricing for Home Inspectors, consumers should make their decisions based on value rather than price.  Even with licensing requirements, all inspectors are not equal in experience, education, reporting methods or the equipment they use when inspecting a property.  I am not the least expensive inspector in the area.  As an informed consumer, you should not want the least expensive inspector.  What you do want is value.  I will provide the value you deserve.
